Getting Started with DitCal
Welcome to DitCal, the simple and affordable scheduling platform that offers unlimited scheduling and unlimited teammates. Whether you're managing solo bookings or coordinating a team, this guide will help you get started quickly and make the most of DitCal's features.

Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to DitCal.com and click Sign Up.
Enter your details to set up your account.
Customize your profile with your name, avatar, and time zone.
Step 2: Explore the Dashboard
The DitCal dashboard is your central hub. Here’s what you’ll find:
Event Types: Create and manage booking links.
Bookings: View, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.
Teams: Add teammates and manage group scheduling.
Settings: Configure integrations, availability, and notifications.
Step 3: Create Your First Event Type
Event types define the meetings you offer. To create one:
Go to Event Types and click New Event Type.
Add details:
Title: e.g., "15-Minute Intro Call."
Duration: Set the length of the meeting.
Availability: Define when this event can be booked.
Customize your link URL for easy sharing.
Save your event type and share the link to start scheduling.
Step 4: Set Your Availability
Ensure your schedule is always up-to-date:
Go to Availability in the settings.
Define recurring slots (e.g., weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM).
Add custom dates or temporary overrides as needed.
Step 5: Add Your Team
Collaborate seamlessly with unlimited teammates:
Go to the Teams tab.
Click Add Teammate and invite members via email.
Assign roles and permissions (e.g., Admin or Member).
Create shared event types for team-based scheduling.
Step 6: Integrate Your Tools
Connect DitCal to your favorite apps:
Calendars: Sync with Google Calendar.
Video Conferencing: Automate meeting links with Google Meet.
Zapier: connect DitCal with other hundreds of apps.
To set up integrations:
Go to Apps section.
Choose the app and follow the prompts to connect.
Step 7: Automate Your Workflow
Save time with automated workflows:
Go to Workflows in your dashboard.
Create rules like sending reminders or follow-up emails after a meeting.
Combine triggers (e.g., new booking) with actions (e.g., notification email).
Step 8: Manage Bookings
Keep track of all your appointments in the Bookings tab:
Reschedule or cancel meetings with ease.
View all upcoming events in one place.
Sync bookings across your integrated calendars.
